27 weeks

27 weeks, re building our deck.  Couldn't resist the photo op with the tool belt after Josh told me it was a must.  Still feeling great, little girl is moving around a lot!! 

California Dreamin'

I really wish I would have taken more photos than I did, but such is is life.  We had an incredible time, relaxing, hanging by the pool, drinking virgin margaritas. Haha!  Also had the pleasure of meeting up with the Overton Clan the first night we arrived.  It was such a blessing and so fun to catch up with all the kiddos.  We did several beach walks, one day even seeing a seal and multiple pods of dolphins.  Very cool.  Josh and I also ventured out and tried Stand Up Paddle boarding for about 2 hours, it was a blast.  Wish now I would have gotten some photos, but at the time I was too worried about falling off and losing the camera in the ocean.  Needless to say we will definitely do it again when we go back!!

Finished Crib

It is complete.  And our little girls room is coming along nicely after a trip to IKEA and a finally paint coat on the crib.  I am amazed at how well it turned out.  I have an amazing, crafty husband!!

Chicken's

Well not only have we been busy building a crib for our first born, but we decided to get chickens.  We checked into the regulations for our 1 acre and found out we could have 24 little buggers.   We ended up with 6 and have 1 rooster to get rid of.  We only want eggs, no chicks please.  Farm fresh, organic Hebrew Farm eggs.... : )   Due to them outgrowing the tupperware container so rapidly, we built them a chicken tractor.  We found some online we really liked, but they were way to expensive, so we fashioned our own.  They are actually pretty funny animals.
